I've worked in international development for around 17 years, including 14 years overseas in Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Uganda and other parts of Africa. My background is in disability and development, although in recent years I've increasingly been working in the field of Sport for Development and Peace. This has included managing an inclusive sport project in Sri Lanka, and managing Sport for Development grants with Comic Relief. I'm currently working with International Inspiration as Programme Manager for Sport for Development Peace.
