In connection to my master's thesis I conducted extensive quantitative and qualitative research among 200 children at risk in Zambia. The thesis focused on how involvement in sport influences self-concept of vulnerable children. One of the highlights was that girls benefit to a much greater extent from participating in organised sports in comparison to boys!
