I was born and grew up in Mberengwa, a village in Zimbabwe . I have worked eight years for the Zimbabwe Football Association as an deputy to the regional administrator specializing in organizing and managing first division soccer leage, women football and grassroots football. I have been invoved in organizing a number of tournaments including Zimbabwe National Youth Games(2018), C G Msipa Charity tournament and COSAFA Women's Championship. My experience working at the Zimbabwe Football Association has helped me to grow as a leader, improved my way of thinking and also developed a passion to work in sports industry. I have realised how sport can be used as a tool to promote peace in communities. As I have grown in a less priviledged area, I started to remember some of the people who were talented athletes from my primary and secondary schools but failed to reach full capacity due to lack of opportunities. this need has pushed me to look for opportunities so that one day I will be able to create opportunities for other people mainly in sport. I have enrolled for leadership programmes so that I will be able to be effective in my way of doing things. With this regard, I enrolled for the FIFA/CIES executive Programme in sport Management from nelson Mandela University. Furthermore, I got admitted for the FIFA master, International Master in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport. All these opportunities has helped me to expand my nework in sport. As I will graduate this year in July, I will be willing to be involved in initiatives and opportunities that use sport as a tool to improve people's lives. This is how I encountered your page and ended up signing for it. I hope you will consider me to be engaged in spome of your programmes in future.
