1st CAFE European Conference 2011. Total Access, Total Football

To highlight two years of steady and dynamic development, the Centre for Access to Football in Europe is pleased to invite you to our first ever accessible stadia conference. The conference will be held at the Wembley Stadium in London, England.

Key stakeholders from across the game will come together in London; including representatives from UEFA, EURO 2012, the Football Associations, Federations and Leagues, football clubs, disabled fans groups, football fans and our football and disability partner NGOs.

All are committed to improving access to football stadia facilities and services for disabled people across the UEFA region.

The conference will provide an opportunity to share good practice and to discuss inclusive stadium design along with solutions for improving existing facilities and services CAFE’s principle aim is to promote and deliver accessible football stadiums across Europe and to ensure that disabled people are at the heart of our game.

Experts in the field and key note speakers will present solutions and lead workshops that will cover all aspects including:

  • Delivering inclusive stadiums
  • Improving accessibility of existing stadiums
  • Delivering accessible services in football
  • Developing a network of disabled supporters
