Highlighting the importance of teamwork, play and education in Ghana

Soccer for Education On the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace: the Ghana Health and Education Initiative (GHEI) will organise a football match between junior high school students from the Anglican School and junior high school students that are in enrolled in GHEI’s educational programmes. This friendly match will highlight the importance of teamwork, play, and education.

Message

As an organisation working for the advancement of health and education in the community, sport plays an important role, not only in terms of physical education but also in bringing people together. April 6th allows us to unite youth through sport and enables us to go beyond that by teaching the community about the value of education.
