EFDN Network Conference

We will welcome all our EFDN members, project partners, representatives from all professional football organisations and ESG stakeholders in the King Power at Den Dreef Stadium of EFDN Member OH Leuven.

This bi-annual meeting gathers delegates of our more than 160 members to share their knowledge, exchange meaningful ideas about CSR/ESG activities, network, and get inspired by the wonderful work done in the communities all over Europe.

We will show you, together with participating members or partners, impactful programmes presented by speakers from different backgrounds on topics such as Social Inclusion, Sustainability, Education, Good Governance and much more. An important part of the day will be the presentations of the projects of the four nominated clubs (Foundation 92 of Salford City FC, Bristol City Robins Foundation, Aberdeen FC Community Trust, Waterford FC) for the More Than Football Award 2024 powered by Musco Lighting.  One of these shortlisted clubs will win the Award and the Musco Mini-Pitch, and we will ask our members to vote for the most innovative social programme.

In the evening, we provide you with a great networking opportunity, by ending the day for a dinner in a traditional Belgian venue (at own expenses). As the city of Leuven counts no less than two UNESCO world heritage sites, we highly encourage all participants to walk back from the stadium to the city centre.
