EWS Biannual Conference on Women and Sport

A sport world where girls and boys, women and men, have the same possibilities to participate as athletes, as decision makers, as coaches and in other roles, is a sport world we want to have. The work has been ongoing for many, many years. Now it´s time to summarise – to make the issue of gender equality in sport visible and to present and discuss successful actions on equality in sport!
We have the pleasure to invite the European sports community, governmental agencies, researchers and experts to meet, to share new relevant research studies, as well as strategies and examples of good practice. The purpose is to discuss how we make it happen – on moving towards gender equality in sport!
