Futbol Mas: Methodological Coordinator

Futbol Mas is a not-for-profit organization with over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing sport for development programs, focusing on resilience and positive psychology. Futbol Mas seeks to promote the wellbeing and mental health of the youth by strengthening their resilience and creating meaningful connections and relationships at the community level through sport and play.

We are a multidisciplinary team, mostly with social and sports profiles, and are looking forward to make you part of our new project!

If you are passionate about community work, then maybe you are the one to support our initiative with activities involving youths in an exciting project we are having with UNHCR Libya.

The project focuses on mental health, leadership training and psychosocial support through our methodology, working with children, youths and a local partner in Tripoli.

In this Nairobi-based role, you will work as a team, supporting the project coordinator with efficient task delivery and people management, designing social sport sessions, technology linkages in sports sessions and working with local partners in Libya to adapt the project accordingly.

The Futbol Mas Kenya leadership team will train, assist and advice you throughout the journey.
