ECPAT International is a global network of organizations working together for the elimination of the sexual exploitation of children (SEC) in all its manifestations, including exploitation in prostitution, online child sexual exploitation, trafficking for sexual purposes, and more. With 125 members across 104 countries, ECPAT designs and implements programs, advocates, conducts research, and facilitates network initiatives to address this issue.


  1. Collecting experiences, models, and tools from CSOs addressing sexual exploitation of children in sport settings.
  2. Design and analyze data from an online survey targeting ECPAT's membership and other experts.
  3. Conduct online interviews with up to 25 CSO leaders.
  4. Extract relevant data from recent literature.
  5. Produce a final report outlining findings, analysis, and recommendations.


  1. Full report (25 pages) on key learnings, analysis, and recommendations.
  2. Summary of findings from the online survey and interviews (15 pages).
  3. Summary of key findings from the literature (10 pages).
  4. Issue paper on accountability systems and legal status (5-10 pages).
  5. Recommendations for policy development and a roadmap for action (5 pages).
