How can nature help when you live with floods, extreme heat and pollution? The Philippines faces some of the harshest environmental conditions on Earth – yet many people still find ways to be active by nature 🤸🏻🌳

🎥 Our 10‑minute film follows community leaders from RopeFlow Philippines and CGVA Virtual Assistants, from crowded city streets to the coastline, showing how they help people stay active and connected to nature despite typhoons, heatwaves, and pollution.

🌳 They show how, even in the most extreme conditions, people still come together to take part in their favourite activities in nature – moments that become vital for sticking together, facing challenges, keeping active, and staying connected to nature.

👣 The film asks what it would mean to build more communities that are truly “active by nature” – and highlights the crucial role activity leaders play in making this happen, inspired by what we learned in the Philippines.
