Paul Tingley is a five-time Paralympic medallist, he is considered one of the world’s top solo competitors in the sport of sailing. He has been involved with SailAble Nova Scotia since the mid-90s and, later, served on the AbleSail Network Canada board of directors. In 2020, he was elected Chair of the AbleSail Network.
AbleSail Network guides and supports adaptive sailing programs across the country, so that Canadians of all ages and abilities can experience the freedom, independence, and joy of sailing.
