With 38 years of experience in the ocean and dinghy racing industry, Damian Foxall has spent most of his life competing on the water. In that time, he has logged 460,000 nautical miles as a professional racing sailor and has participated in 20+ Trans-Atlantics, 11 round the world races and holder of numerous World records. Damian Foxall is the sustainability program manager for the 11th Hour Racing team entered in the 2022-2023 Ocean Race and developed the 11th Hour Racing Sustainability Toolbox.
11th Hour Racing Team’s mission is to build a high-performance ocean racing team with sustainability at the core of all team operations, inspiring positive action among sailing and coastal communities, and global sports fans, to create long-lasting change for ocean health.
The Toolbox is a suite of guides, tools and templates created by 11th Hour Racing Team for the purpose of establishing a sustainability program within any organization, no matter the size or industry sector.
