A traveling exhibition where girls and women use art and boxing to express emotions, overcome fears and raise their voices.

Painting Peace with Boxing Gloves” is a traveling exhibition created by LUNAS students, from girls aged 9 to young and adult women.

We use art as another way for them to express what boxing represents in their lives. Through their paintings, they explore emotions, fears, courage and the strength they discover through sport.

Their artworks show more than boxing. They show girls and women learning to face their fears, believe in themselves, find their voice and refuse to remain silent.

At LUNAS, a free female boxing academy in Guatemala, we use sport as a tool for education and violence prevention.

Through this exhibition, art and boxing come together to transform emotions into messages, fear into courage, and silence into voice.
