The German Sustainability Award (Deutscher Nachhaltigkeitspreis [DNP]) organisation has launched the new DNP Sport category.
The DNP is awarded to people who make an outstanding contribution to climate and nature protection, resource conservation and social cohesion. Whether associations, clubs, companies in the sports and media industry, or passionate athletes - all now have the opportunity to apply in six categories.
- Sports associations and clubs,
- (Major) events, match days and sports festivals,
- Sports facilities and club facilities of all types,
- Sporting goods, sports equipment and clothing,
- Sports media and sports publications,
- "Sustainability heroes and heroines of everyday life".
Submit your application by or before 31 July, 2023.
On 24 November, the first and highly anticipated DNP Sport will be awarded during the 16th German Sustainability Day in Düsseldorf.
