The 21st edition of the East Africa Cup is scheduled to take place in Moshi, Tanzania from June 18 - June 23 2024.

Join us in celebrating the 21st anniversary of the East Africa Cup as we continue to empower youth through sports and education!

There will be four sports categories at EAC 2024:

  • Boys's Football
  • Girls' Football
  • Mixed Volleyball
  • Basketball
  • Chess

In addition, we will include other cultural programs. 

As always East Africa Cup goes beyond sports. It focuses on education, capacity-building, and awareness for youth and participating organizations.

In 2024, we will emphasize the following thematic sectors:

  • Transformative Masculinity
  • Chess and Life Skills
  • Youth and Mental Health
  • Gender Based Violence
  • Menstrual Hygiene Management
  • Child Safeguarding
  • Fit For Life
  • Media Training
  • Youth Leadership
  • Coaching and Laws of the Game
  • Inter-Faith Dialogue
  • Drugs and Substance Abuse
  • Climate change
  • Project Management
  • Culture

These seminars are facilitated by local and international organizations such as UNESCO, GIZ, MInd the Gap, Youth Peace Makers, Iyanna Foundation, TAI Tanzania, Angaza Kenya, CHRISC Tanzania, MYSA Kenya, Interfaith Group Moshi, and Centre for Sports and Growth.
