As part of the collaboration between the International Olympic Committee, Beyond Sport and Women Win to advance new innovations in sport for sustainable development, the Olympism365 Innovation Hub has been launched.
With seed funding from the IOC, this multi-million dollar initiative encompasses grants, expert resources, and multi-sector collaboration. The multi-year initiative will support diverse innovators who are overcoming barriers, addressing unmet needs and transforming communities and systems around the world.

Two funding opportunities are accepting applications this month. Full criteria and link to apply for each is available on the Olympism365 Innovation Hub page. Additional funds will open later in 2024.

  • GRASSROOTS365 - open through Aug 21, 2024: offering up to $15,000 USD to community-based groups and individuals working at a local level to seed, test and scale innovations that are re-imagining sport for social impact. Additional rounds will open in 2025.
  • ENTERPRISE365 - open through Aug 31, 2024: offering up to $60,000 USD to new and established social enterprises, businesses and entrepreneurs promoting income generation models and sustainable finance solutions in sport for sustainable development.

Knowledge and Exchange Hub

The Olympism365 Innovation Hub will include a Knowledge and Exchange Hub to promote open-source knowledge and learning in partnership with the wider sport-for-development sector. This work will ensure innovators feel enabled to take their innovation to the next level, and create opportunities for the broader sport for development community to learn from insights, build capacity, and network across sectors to support innovative sector development towards creating lasting impact and change.
