a group of young sportspeople and coaches hold signs
In collaboration with UNHCR, Blumont, Zaatari Taekwondo Academy and Taekwondo Humanitarian Foundation, Peace and Sport will organize an online training session for refugees in Zaatari and Azraq camps.

The Champions for Peace Pascal Gentil and Maria Toorpakai will participate in this virtuel event.

The activities will include:

1. A presentation to kids about April 6 and what is celebrated (the coaches will do this at the beginning of the Zoom online training)
A video from Champions for Peace has been shared via Whatsapp to all the parents. Prior to April 6, the kids and the coaches will prepare questions to be asked to the Champions for Peace via WhatsApp. The Champions for Peace will answer the questions in the videos recorded from their homes.

2. Video training session of 1h30 (Live Together” sports)
The “Live Together” coaches run a training session (or more according to age groups) on Zoom from the community centre. The children from Zaatari and from Azraq will connect at the same time and practice from home.

3) “Poomsae for Peace” choreography
The THF coaches will create a “Poomsae for Peace” choreography and present it during a Zoom session. The children from Zaatari and from Azraq will connect at the same time and repeat the choreography from home.

4) Grouped #WhiteCard picture (screenshot of Zoom session)
A short video/slideshow will be created with all the pictures
