Take part in 'meaningful work in Sport for Development and Peace' survey

Many people often view nonprofit work as meaningful, but little research demonstrates the antecedents and potential influence of meaningful work perceived by SDP practitioners. 

The Meaningful Work Project Team, comprising Dr Seungmin Kang, Dr Jihyeon Oh, and Dr Nayoung Ahn, would like to examine what shapes SDP practitioners to perceive their job as meaningful, and how their perceived level of meaningful work in the workplace influences their subjective work-related outcomes.

If you are serving as staff members (full-time and part-time) in SDP organizations, you can join the survey here.
