The Learning Playground
Women Win launched a new hub - The Learning Playground - to share the learnings, experiences and insights the organisation has gathered through 15 years of global work to advance girls' and women's rights.

The knowledge and valuable insights are now offered on an open source, with the objective to further the work of everyone that is looking to advance girls’ and women’s rights.

Women Win supports all girls, women, non-binary people, and more intentionally those from minority and underrepresented communities such as black, indigenous, mestizas, people of colour, and the LGBTQI+ community.

The organisation takes a partnership approach. In its programmes, it strengthens partners’ capacity, and redistributes funds to people, groups and organisations that are true experts in their contexts.

Women Win supports a global network of organisations through three main initiatives focused on girls’ rights through sport, women’s economic resilience and democratisation of philanthropy.

It also offers a range of solutions and services that continuously contribute to building a strong and resilient women’s and girls’ movement. Women Win helps a variety of social actors (from funders to local organisations and activists) to augment their impact and, consequently, to serve more women and girls around the world.
