Pro Sport Development (PSD) and The Upamanyu Mallik Initiatives (TUMI), with support from Ace Sports and Ace Practice, have been implementing the Community Cricket Program (CCP) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in India since 2022. The CCP works with young people aged 12-16 years from Bhubaneswar’s underserved slum communities to empower them as gender-sensitive, socially conscious leaders and agents of change.

As the Community Cricket Program (CCP) marks the conclusion of its second year, Pro Sport Development (PSD), in collaboration with The Upamanyu Mallik Initiatives (TUMI) and supported by Ace Sports and Ace Practice, celebrates its impact on young people from underserved communities in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Since its launch in 2022, the CCP has provided a structured, mixed-gender platform, using cricket as a tool to empower youth, nurture leadership, promote gender inclusivity, and foster social awareness.
