Understanding data and using it correctly is a difficult process. If you have not done it before, it is a good idea to get support from people with expertise in interpreting this type of data. It is during this period that certain policies, procedures and practices will be identified as strengths and others as needing improvement.
Once areas have been identified as needing improvement, the project cycle returns to the design stage to address those specific areas. The process then repeats itself. Such a cycle should be built into the policy in order to ensure that the continual improvement of practices and procedures is central to the organisation’s culture.
