Cormac Whelan's Biography

I have worked throughout Europe/North America & Asia coaching and developing elite youth athletes. My main focus is helping young athletes reach their ultimate potential, giving them the tools and confidence to go on and achieve greater goals in life.

I am currently a Strength & Conditioning coach for the Pro4sportSolutions organisation. Here my role is not only to coach the weightlifting team but also to set up an LTAD structure that can be used for future years. This will allow the youths within the weightlifting programme to enjoy the sport as well as to achieve great heights.
