I discovered the field during my Masters studies, ultimately writing my thesis on the IOC (see right). Since then I have moved towards more explicit environmental issues. My PhD is looking at waste management in Africa's off-grid solar industry. I am also working with Running Across Borders (RAB) on a history of Ethiopia's 'Town of Runners', Bekoji.
