Throughout my career I have used sport as a catalyst for student development on an intellectual, emotional and physical level. As someone with extensive volunteer experience, I would like to serve in a capacity which allows me to use my expertise in education, recreation and athletic management and public service. I believe sport has the power to be used as a peace builder, community and economic development stimulant, and as an educational tool for both the young and the not-so-young.

Jason Clevenger's Biography
Jason is a consultant with ICF International focusing on supporting community and economic development programs with the U.S Federal government. Jason began his career in higher education administration at the University of Florida and Christopher Newport University, where he worked to develop recreational sport and collegiate athletic programs and services before joining the non-profit sector in 2008.
Through his career, Jason has worked on a wide-array of development programs focusing on conflict resolution, education, human rights, immigration and public health, among others.
Jason is also an AmeriCorps and WorldTeach China alumni, a graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School College of Communication at Washington State University and holds a masters degree in sports management from the University of Florida.
