Underlining my passion not only for Sport but for Sport for Development, I have spent two of the past three years (2017-2020) living and working as a volunteer in Vanuatu for both Vanuatu's NOC and most recently for the Vanuatu Volleyball Federation with which I still maintain a close association - despite being repatriated to Australia - continuing to support its work as both a Development and Media & Comms adviser. I also continue to work with, as I have for the past six years, the NGO Sport Matters on a variety of development projects in the Pacific and Asia. Prior to that, I worked in international broadcasting for over two decades; I have a Masters in International & Community Development, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism and a B.Arts (Media).
