Primarily involved in managing The Ready & Able program that focuses on building capacity of teachers, coaches, community volunteers to deliver sport for persons with disabilities and to empower participants with disabilities within society using sport as a medium. Also working in collaboration with other agencies in the facilitation of Ready & Able throughout the Caribbean - including the development of resources to support practitioners in the field.

Kavelle Deonanan's Biography
Kavelle Deonanan is the Sport Development Officer for the Ready & Able Project within the Trinidad & Tobago Alliance for Sport and Physical Education. She is currently balancing responsibilities as TTASPE's Ready & Able Officer, a UTT degree student, and a Southern United Volleyball player. She is majoring in Sport for Development and Sport Management.
Her philosophy on life stems strongly from the Albert Einstein quote - "Strange is our situation here on Earth. Each of us comes for a short visit, not knowing why, yet sometimes seeming to divine a purpose. From the standpoint of daily life, however, there is one thing we do know: that man is here for the sake of other men – above all those upon whose smiles and well – being our own happiness depends." She has realized that her time will be spent in sports, being an instrument of purpose, change, good morals & values, and +ve vibes.
