I believe Sport is a vehicle for social change. I have been engaged in community based tournaments to give platform to sportsmen and sportswomen in underserved communities to showcase their talents and I have also developed a program that would give opportunities to unemployed graduated and children to have quality and affordable training to be coaches and soccer training for kids I am constantly looking to improve my coaching ability anyway I can. I hope to find a graduate assistant position and complete a degree while gaining valuable coaching experience on and off the field. I wish to increase my knowledge of the GFA rules and regulations for recruiting and see the day in and day out facets of running a high school or middle school sports team. I hope that this learning experience will then put me into a position to be able to move up the coaching ladder and get an assistant position before one day becoming a head coach of a college soccer program.
