Reflecting back on my wonderful life up to date, I can not find a moment where sport has not played a critical part in my development. It started as a very young participant, as I spent endless hours playing numerous sports and grew to participate in sport at a competitive level on the college lacrosse team in Canada. This passion to play continued all through my life and to this day, you can find me playing and coaching in a gym or on the field.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working in various fields of sport management, including a competitive International Sport Federation (FISU) based on Olympic values, a non-profit international community based sport developmental organization (BSA), and teacher and curriculum developer in an international academic environment in India (ISH) . I am currently working as sport consultant to an Indian NGO, Naandi Foundation and specifically with their Nanhi Kali’s Girls program. Through this work I have discovered a more specific passion in the field of international sport: building sport programs in developing countries. I continue to compliment my work in sport with my interest in education as well.
