As the founder of Bright Future Development Organisation, she has driven innovative, grassroots initiatives that address health inequities, climate change’s impact on health and access to education for marginalised populations.

Manal founded the Bright Future Global Leadership Academy and Bright Future Center for Strategic Studies and Research to equip youth, particularly young women, with the tools to lead and make informed decisions.
