Martin is the founder and director of Tambai Zimbabwe, a charitable, non-governmental organization based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Ever optimistic and exuberant, Martin works with a dynamic team of young people to promote sports participation by children and adolescents in underprivileged communities of the country.
