I am currently the Head of HR and Sustainability for Pro Sport Development. My role focuses on attracting staff, interns and volunteers from across the globe as well as finding sustainable support for the project.

Matthew Hobson's Biography
I have over a decade of experience in sports coaching in the UK and holding an LTA Level 3 tennis coaching qualification and an ECB Level 2 cricket coaching qualification. I am experienced coaching both performance and recreational players, in club as well as school environments. I have also garnered expertise in the fields of sport development and management, having worked for the Lawn Tennis Association, developing tennis clubs in Northamptonshire as well as running a successful tennis coaching business. I possess a post-graduate degree in Sport Management from Loughborough University in the UK, and received recognition for my research into the education of elite athletes.
