After a decade in the field – many years of which spent working in Sport for Development and Peace with Right To Play International – Michael is now engaged in new business development for Right To Play International out of his home in the Poconos in Pennsylvania, a short distance from Right To Play’s office in New York City, NY.

Michael Albert's Biography
Michael Albert holds a BSc from McGill University, and a Masters in International Community Health from the University of Oslo, Norway. Michael has worked in health, education and peace building programs and operations in a variety of countries, including: Bangladesh, Mali, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Liberia, Haiti and Thailand.
Michael has published in the fields of health policy, psychophysiology, malaria, and essential medicines.
Among his prior professional affiliations, Michael can include Chairing the Committee for Coordination of Services to Displaced Persons in Thailand, Chairing the vector-born disease sub-cluster in Haiti following the devastating earthquake in 2010, and serving as the elected representative for the INGO community on the Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria’s Coordinating Mechanism in Liberia.
