Involved in developing, managing or supporting a range of projects, programs and initiatives across the sector. Worked with International Agencies, National Governments, NGO's and Sporting Bodies to develop policy frameworks, programs and projects in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. Notably I led the development of the Commonwealth's policy framework for Sport for Development and was co-author of the Commonwealth Guide to Advancing Development through Sport.

Ollie Dudfield's Biography
Sport and development adviser, practitioner and advocate.
Currently General Manager in Victoria's peak body for sport and active recreation. Previously posted as the lead adviser on Sport for Development and Peace at the Commonwealth Secretariat, the intergovernmental body for the 53 member countries of the Commonwealth.
Held roles within UK Sport's International Development Team, Basketball New Zealand and sportscotland/Volunteering Centre Network.
Engaged as an advisor or consultant by a range of sector leaders and sat on a multiple advisory groups and panels including the Steering Board for the International Platform on Sport for Development.
