I am Executive director of YOSSO, the youth sport NGO that bring needed sports and youth development programs to disadvantage communities in Tanzania and beyond. At present we runs three projects; YOSSO United FC, YOSSO Sport Academy and Peer leadership and entrepreneurship. The projects are responses to after school incidents of idleness among the school going children, rise in HIV/AIDS infection and early pregnancies among girls.

Prosper Mambo's Biography
Prosper is researcher by professional attended the University of Dar es Salaam where he gained a BA in Statistics in 1998 and later a MBA in International Business at Coventry University, UK in 2008.
He has worked at National Social Security Fund of Tanzania (NSSF) and Tesco UK. Also He is affiliated member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
His work in disadvantage communities in Tanzania stimulated his interests in the area of youth empowerment, especially in relation to life skills,entrepreneurship, sport, vocation education, children rights, girls, gender, disables, young people and environment. As such his interests has taken him to less disadvantage societies and communities in Dar es Salaam and Arusha cities of Tanzania.
