In 2010, Richard began to build the African stakeholder base required and continued to put the various frameworks in place to create Bhubesi Pride Foundation… the preparations of which have led to the facilitation of the programmes we’re seeing developed today.

Richard grew up in South Africa and, after completing studies in the UK, qualified as a teacher and taught design and physics for three years at secondary level.
He has over ten years extensive experience of east and southern Africa, through work and travel.
